Best Buy sent me to CNC Systems to fix my laptop. So I took it there because Best Buy told me that I needed a new motherboard and that only CNC Systems was qualified to do that kind of repair. So I took it there and told them what Best Buy told me. The technician looked it over and tried to turn it on. He told me he'd be right back and took it to the back room. He came out a few minutes later and told me that nothing was wrong with my computer - I just needed a new power adapter. I told him Best Buy told me that my adapter was good. He showed me on his meter how it was bad. So, for a whole $29.99 - I got my computer back and I'm absolutely thrilled with their honesty and quick service. Thank you CNC Systems.

What impressed me the most is that not only did they rid my computer of hundreds of computer infections - but the technician took the time to explain how to avoid infection in the future. He gave me so much advise and helpful tips to keep my computer safe and running in tip-top shape. And, he used terms I could actually understand. I really get tired of the computer jargon other places use to try to impress you. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else ever again for my computer problems.
